Joined as the first SRE to define the production architecture and operating model for Ventura TV OS’s global consumer launch. Set the infrastructure strategy across storage, compute, networking, and multi-region replication to meet resilience and latency requirements. Established observability and controlled rollout practices, then introduced LLM-assisted incident response with verification checkpoints. These guardrails let agents investigate and resolve failures while the team focused on product development.
